French skater Jean Jean Postec is 21 years old and has been riding since 1995. He began competing in Europe but has recently come to the US to compete, taking 9th at the Action Sports World Tour in 2006.

After moving up through the international contest circuit, Jean Postec recently moved from Annecy , France to San Diego . He's been embraced by mentor Tony Hawk, who signed him to Birdhouse, and has made his name known this summer with Top 10 finishes at every stop of the Dew Tour, the X Games, the Slam City Jam, and the LG Action Sports Tour. Jean Postec is currently in 6th place for the Dew Tour points race, steadily climbing his way to the top.

The historic Trocadéro location is a prime spot for an action sports event, and Paris will have it's share of local favorites including hometown boy Taig Khris, and recent Southern California transplant Jean Postec. Jean Postec recently made the move to Encinitas , California to skate with the best vert skateboarders in the world, and it shows. He has been consistently making the top ten at events this year, and recently finished third at the Portland Dew Tour stop. Jean means business.
